BlackBird Manor

This is my home and I love to share it! It is cozy, well equipped, homey, artsy, and ready to be your new digs. At this time we, who occupy the rooms, are all long term tenants . I have been living here for nearly ten years and will be remaining on the lease and keeping things going whilst moving abroad. Over the years I have really enjoyed sharing the space and eventually furnished every last bit!

Beyond standard furnishings, our humble abode boasts an infrared sauna, comfortable covered front porch, back yard garden and many details that make living here easy and convenient.

BlackBird Manor, a Queen Anne Victorian, was built in 1892. It has been reincarnated into a multi-dwelling manor in which we house approximately 4,100 square feet. Most appropriately, this used to be a boarding house and the layout makes it easy and fun to share. The entire home is furnished, including the bedrooms by the community manager, Alison (me). The common areas include a fully equipped chef’s kitchen, back yard with garden, light filled front room with comfortable seating and a large dining table, and for more privacy, a large den which is also used for exercising at times. The manor is beyond simply furnished but boasts amenities such as an infrared sauna, Berkey water purifier, common food storage containers that are top shelf dishwasher and microwave safe. amenities including outdoor furniture, bbq, silverware, china, pots and pans with a chef’s kitchen including vita mix, cuisenart, juicer, nut milk maker, water purifier (Berky), dish towels, natural cleaning supplies aside from the dishwasher tabs which we get at Costco. If you would like to live a life where you never run out of toilet paper, you may have found it! Here is a smattering of photographs to help convey the arrangement:
